In this work, we introduce two datasets of creative sketches — Creative Birds and Creative Creatures — containing 10k sketches each along with part annotations. We propose DoodlerGAN — a part-based Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) — to generate unseen compositions of novel part appearances.
